FAQ

  • In store do you deliver to Seaswift or do postage?
    Yes for in store bulk orders we can deliver to sea swift and place the order to your account. For individual items postage payment is required and we deliver within 2 days of purchase.
  • Do you have dresses and shirts in the same mark?
    Yes! we do have shirts, dresses and childrens clothing in the same mark. If we do not have enough for the order you may require then we will aim to help you by attempting to have the family in the same color of differents marks.
  • I have an event (i.e. tomb stone opening), can I order dresses and shirts?
    We do get regular stock in the store, and are generally able to assist with events. However if we are provided sizes, quantity and colors months in advance we may be able to get a special order made. Please phone 0473788796 for all bulk orders for same markings.
  • Do you refund items?
    Whislt we do not offer a refund on products, we do offer exchange. If your product is the wrong size you can exchange (delivery at your expense), for another size. As long as the product purchased in in original condidtion and has not been used.
  • Can I make a bulk orders of matching clothing? Clothing with same markings?
    Yes, we have bulk orders in store. If we are provided with enough time to have them made in advance. Please phone the store for all order enquiries 0473788796
  • Do you have TombStone Packs?
    Yes we do have a variety of Tomb stone packs. For larger bulk items please phone the store direct on 0740532429 or on our mobile 0473788796
